Rates Rates for the 2010 season will be based on the following time periods: Summer is 6/12 to 9/18 Shoulder is 5/15 to 6/12 and 9/18 to 10/23 Winter is 10/23/10 to 5/14/2011

Weekly rates* for the Mount Battie Suite are as follows: Summer - $800 Shoulder - $700 Winter - $400 (or $875 monthly) Weekly rates* for the Sunrise Suite are as follows: Summer - $700 Shoulder - $600 Winter - $400 (or $775 monthly) *plus Maine Lodging tax of 7%

General Information All weekly rentals begin and end on a Saturday Multiple week rentals get a 10% discount All rentals are subject to the 7% Maine Lodging Tax Check-in time is 3:00 pm or later Check-out time is 12:00 noon 50% of rental payment is required to secure your reservation; balance due upon arrival You must provide a minimum of 30 days notice to receive a full refund These are non-smoking units No pets allowed
